ESSEC Private Equity was founded in 2026 by students at ESSEC Asia-Pacific who wanted hands-on exposure to private markets from day one.
Our mission
Give every member the technical foundation, deal experience and network to compete for roles in private equity, growth and venture investing.
How we work
Members join one of four teams. Deal Drop and the Academy build the skills; the strongest move on to the Flagship simulation, which ends at Investment Committee Night.
Who we are
Students from across ESSEC's programmes in Singapore, of every background. Some have modelled a hundred deals, some none. All of them want to learn.
Our four divisions
Four divisions, one goal: graduate members who can take a company from first screen to final recommendation.
Investments
Screen companies, build the deal pipeline and run due diligence exercises.
Research & Strategy
Follow APAC private-market trends, study real funds and run the club's virtual Fund I.
Financial Analysis
LBO models and valuation, applied to real and simulated deals.
Partnerships & Events
Speaker series, IC Night, collaboration with PE clubs across APAC, network and communications.
